Included in the Rental Price

- Basic energy package
Additional Costs
- Security deposit: €300 on top of the rental amount. The deposit is fully refunded if the property is left undamaged and in a clean condition.
- Final cleaning: €60
- Pets: €10 per day per pet (maximum 2 pets allowed with prior agreement)
- Excess energy consumption: Any usage beyond the included basic energy package will be deducted from the deposit.
