Are there any extra costs? 

1. A 300€ deposit on top of the rental amount. The deposit serves to cover the expenses in case of any accidents or damage that occurs during your stay. This will be fully refunded to you if the property is left in a tidy and undamaged condition. 
2. Final cleaning: 60€
3. Pets: 10€/day/pet
4. In case use of water, electricity and gas exceeds the basic energy package included in the rental price, the costs will be deducted from the deposit.
